1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Stackable you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Stackable.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the boxes, panels, and other content you publish. By publishing it you grant Stackable a licence to host, display, and distribute it within the service so that other people can see it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that harasses other people. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Memberships and payments

A Stackable membership unlocks members-only content. Membership fees, the creator payout split, and tips are described in the app. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. If we make a material change we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continuing to use Stackable after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Stackable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
